Apple Cake

• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups flour
• 3 cups chopped apples
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Mix into ungreased 9x12 pan.
2. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
