Barbara’s Curried Shrimp
- 1 lb. cooked cleaned shrimp
- 2 cups green seedless grapes
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbs. minced onion
- 2 tbs. green pepper chopped (optional)
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- 1 tbs. curry powder
- dash salt
- 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
- Cut shrimp into pieces, halve grapes and place in a large bowl with cashews.
- Mix all other ingredients together, pour over shrimp mixture and mix well.
- Chill several hours.
- Serve on lettuce with crispy French bread.
