Bean Salad
- 1 can (16 oz.) Red Kidney Beans
- 1 can (16 oz.) Green Beans
- 1 can (16 oz.) Wax Beans
- 1 can (16 oz.) Chick Peas
- 1 onion sliced
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp. pepper
- Drain and combine beans and onion.
- Dissolve sugar in vinegar, add salt, pepper, oil. Mix well.
- Pour dressing over beans, mix to coat well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
