Broccoli Walnut Stirfry
- 2 tbs. sesame oil
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 4 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 tbs. soy sauce
- 2 tbs. chopped red bell pepper
- Heat oil until hot
- Add walnuts and sauté for 1 minute
- Add broccoli, cooking over medium heat, tossing frequently until tender and crisp (4 minutes)
- Add soy sauce and cook one more minute
- Garnish with pepper
- Serve immediately
