Raspberry Marscapone Kisses
- 2 sheets phyllo dough
- 1 pound marscapone
- 2 pints raspberries
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- Confectioner's sugar

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Stir sugar and walnuts into marscapone; fold in raspberries.
- Take a layer of phyllo, brush on butter. Do three sheets all with butter like this:
- Put a big spoonful of the cheese mixture in the middle of the 3 pieces. Fold up like a kiss.
- Put on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar & drizzle raspberry sauce on plate for design. Add mint sprig.
