Marcia’s Egg Bake
- 2 pkgs. Sausage - browned, drained, and sliced
- Croutons
- Shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2½ cup milk
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
Should be prepared the night before
- Grease 9 x 13 in. pan
- Fill pan with a single layer of croutons
- Place sausage on top of croutons
- Beat eggs, milk, and mustard and pour on top of sausage
- Leave overnite
- Bake 45 minutes covered at 325º
