Philadelphia Ice Cream
- 1 quart heavy cream, or 2 cups heavy cream & 2 cups light cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. finely grated vanilla bean or 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Mix everything together and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Freeze.
Makes 3 Pints
Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- As above, except reduce Vanilla to ½ tsp.
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- As above, add chips before freezing
