Coco's Runzas
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 head Cabbage
- Basic Pastry Dough
- Cook ground beef and onion in frying pan. Remove to bowl and add salt and pepper.
- Shred cabbage and cook in same pan meat was in. Cook or steam slowly (adding water if needed so it won't scorch) till tender.
- Combine it (beef, onion, cabbage) all.
- Break off balls of raised dough & flatten to saucer sized pieces. Fill and fold dough to center and pinch closed.
- Place upside down on greased cookie sheet to raise and bake approximately 20 minutes in 350° -- 375° oven.
