Fresh Tomato Salsa
- 4 Large Ripe Plum Tomatoes
- ¼ Cup Chopped Scallions
- 1 Tbs. Fresh Oregano
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tsp. Hot Pepper, Minced
- 1 tbs. Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Crushed Cumin to taste
- Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and remove yellow part of core. Dice.
- Add remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within a few hours.
