  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
  3. Separate the eggs, putting the egg whites in smaller bowl.
  4. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff.
  5. Add the egg yolks, oil and milk all at one time to the dry ingredients.
  6. Beat until there are no lumps in the batter.
  7. Fold the egg whites into the other batter.
  8. Put a full ½ cup of batter in your waffle iron to make a 9-inch round waffle.

Makes eight 9 inch waffles
